Brittany in sight for the two natives of the region, David Gaudu and Valentin Madouas

For the fourth time in history after 1952, 1974 and 2008, the Tour de France will start from the Brittany region, home of our two riders David Gaudu and Valentin Madouas, for 4 stages dedicated to punchers and sprinters.

After these 4 stages, the riders will set off for a first individual time-trial in direction of Laval, in Mayenne, home of the Madiot family, before joining the Alps and the Pyrenees. In total for this 2021 Tour de France, 3 383 kilometers will have to be covered from the departure in Brest to the arrival on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.

Arnaud Démare and his train back to the Tour de France after a successful Giro d’Italia

After a highly successful Giro d’Italia in 2020 with 4 stage wins in addition to a cyclamen jersey, Arnaud Démare and his train are back to the Tour de France, 3 years after having participate for the last time in 2018.

With 8 flat stages which arrivals can be massive sprints, Arnaud Démare and his train have only one goal in mind, win !
