Across Flanders (Dwars door Vlaanderen in Dutch) is a semi-classic one day Belgian cycling race created in 1945. This year’s edition marks the 76th in its history.

Disputed at the end of March, the race takes part of the Flanders classics’ week with the E3 Saxo Bank Classic, Gent-Wevelgem and the Monument, the Tour of Flanders also known as De Ronde.

The race profile is hilly with numerous mounts and cobbled sectors which will also be borrowed by De Ronde few days later. On this year’s edition, a new finish will be inaugurated with a last mount 7 kilometer before the finish line.

Since 2017, Across Flanders is taking part of the UCI World Tour calendar.
