Volta ao Algarve
The Volta ao Algarve (Tour of the Algarve in English) is a portuguese stage cycling race which is disputed in the region of Algarve in Portugal.
Considered as the second most important race of Portugal behind the Tour of Portugal, the Volta ao Algarve takes part of the UCI ProSeries calendar.
David Gaudu distinguished himself there by winning at the top of Alto da Foia in 2022.
Stage 1 – Portimão > Lagos – 200,2 km – february, 15th
Stage 2 – Sagres > Alto de Fóia – 186,3 km – february, 16th
Stage 3 – Faro > Tavira – 203,1 km – february, 17th
Stage 4 – Albufeira > Alto do Malhão – 177,9 km – february, 18th
Stage 5 (ITT) – Lagoa > Lagoa – 24,4 km – february, 19th
