Tour of Flanders

The Tour of Flanders is a Belgian one-day, Classic race created in 1913 which is part of the 5 Monuments of cycling with Paris-Roubaix, Tour of Lombardy, Liège-Bastogne-Liège and Milan-San Remo.

The race is known for its several cobbles sectors like Paris-Roubaix and also its mythical mounts like those of the Vieux Quaremont long of 2.2km, Paterberg one and the Kopperberg and its high ascent percentages of 22% which has been abandonned several years due to its difficulty.

The one called “Flanders’ most beautiful” or “Vlaanderens Mooiste” in Dutch saw Valentin Madouas finishing 14th on the last edition for his first ever time there.
