Tour de l’Ain

The Tour de l’Ain is a French stage cycling race taking place annually since 1989. The race was however created in 1960 under the name Prix de l’Amitié.

In 2008, the race entered the UCI Europe Tour calendar in category 2.1.

Michael Storer is the title holder of the last Tour de l’Ain in 2021 and Thibaut Pinot is the record holder for the most GC wins with two victories in 2017 and 2019.

Stage 1 – Châtillon-Sur-Chalaronne > Val-Revermont – 151 km – august, 9th
Stage 2 – Saint-Vulbas > Lagnieu – 143 km – august, 10th
Stage 3 – Plateau d’Hauteville > Lélex-Monts-Jura – 129 km – august, 11th
