Paris-Nice

82th edition in 2024, Paris-Nice is a professional stage cycling race created in 1933 which takes place during 8 days in March.

Nicknamed the “Race for the sun” because the riders leave from the Paris region in often cold and winter conditions to reach the south of France and its warmer and spring temperatures.

Paris-Nice is the first stage race on the UCI World Tour calendar and is one of the most prestigious races in France, just like Paris-Roubaix.

On this year’s program, 1 220 kilometers will have to be covered by the riders from Les Mureaux in the Yvelines to the arrival in Nice.

Stage 1 – Les Mureaux > Les Mureaux – 158km – march, 3rd
Stage 2 – Thoiry > Montargis – 179 km – march, 4th
Stage 3 (chrono par équipe) – Auxerre > Auxerre – 26,9 km – march, 5th
Stage 4 – Chalon-sur-Saône > Mont Brouilly – 183km – march, 6th
Stage 5 – Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut > Sisteron – 193,5 km – march, 7th
Stage 6 – Sisteron > La Colle-sur-Loup – 198,5 km – march, 8th
Stage 7 – Nice > Auron – 173 km – march, 9th
Stage 8 – Nice > Nice – 109,5 km – march, 10th
