La Route d’Occitanie is a stage cycling race taking place in the South-West of France.

Created in 1977 and initially named “La Route du Tarn”, the race changed its name numerous times from “Tour Midi-Pyrénées” to “La Route du Sud” until 2017 where it finally became “La Route d’Occitanie”.

The race is viewed as preparatory for the French Championships and the Tour de France.

Stage 1 – Séméac > L’Isle-Jourdain – 174,4 km – 16th june
Stage 2 – Graulhet > Roquefort en Aveyron – 154,6 km – 17th june
Stage 3 – Sigean > Les Angles – 188,7 km – 18th june
Stage 4 – Les Angles > Auterive – 188,3 km – 19th june
