La Route d’Occitanie

La Route d’Occitanie is a stage cycling race taking place in the South-West of France.

Created in 1977 and initially named “La Route du Tarn”, the race changed its name numerous times from “Tour Midi-Pyrénées” to “La Route du Sud” until 2017 where it finally became “La Route d’Occitanie”.

The race is viewed as preparatory for the French Championships and the Tour de France.

Stage 1 – Cazouls-Lès-Béziers > Lacaune-les-Bains – 156 km – 10th june
Stage 2 – Villefranche-de-Rouergue > Auch – 198,7 km – 11th june
Stage 3 – Pierrefitte-Nestalas > Le Mourtis – 191,8 km – 12th june
Stage 4 – Lavelanet – Pays d’Olmes > Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse – 151,2 km – 13th june
