Giro d’Italia U23

The Giro d’Italia U23 also known as “Baby Giro” is an Italian stage cycling race created in 1970 on the same model as the Tour de l’Avenir.

Until 2012, the race was opened to cyclists under the age of 27 in category 2.2 of the UCI Europe Tour calendar. In 2017, the race came back with a new formula based on cyclists under 23 years old.

Stage 1 – Gradara > Argenta – 164.9 km – 11th june
Stage 2 – Rossano Veneteo > Pinzolo – 168 km – 12th june
Stage 3 – Pinzolo > Santa Caterina Valfurva – 177,1 km – 13th june
Stage 4 – Chiuro > Chiavena – 101,1 km – 14th june
Stage 5 – Busca > Peveragno – 146,6 km – 16th june
Stage 6 – Boves > Caulle Fauniera – 110,7 km – 17th june
Stage 7 – Cuneo > Pinerolo – 119,4 km – 18th june
