French National Road Race Championships
112th edition of the French National Championships, this 2023 edition will happen between the cities of Hazebrouck where the start will be given and Cassel where the riders will cover 15 loops around the city before the arrival at the top of the Mont Cassel for a total of 224km.
Several members of the Groupama-FDJ cycling team distinguished themselves in the past few years by winning the “Tricolore jersey” : Arnaud Démare three times in 2020, 2017 and 2014, Anthony Roux also won the title in 2018.
On a relatively hilly course made for climbers and punchers, Valentin Madouas, David Gaudu and Romain Grégoire will be looking for their first “tricolore” jersey.
