The race line-up
L’Étoile de Bessèges – Tour du Gard was created in 1991 by Roland Fangille, a former Professional cyclist and consists of the first european stage race in the Professionnal calendar.
Stage 1 – Bellegarde > Bellegarde – 139,5 km – 5th february
Stage 2 – Milhaud > Poux – 158,3 km – 6th february
Stage 3 – Bessèges > Bessèges – 162,2 km – 7th february
Stage 4 – Le Pont du Gard > Le Mont Bouquet – 143 km – 8th february
Stage 5 (ITT) – Alès > Alès – 10,8km – 9th february
