Classic Grand Besançon Doubs

The Classic Grand Besançon Doubs is a one day French cycling race taking part of the UCI Europe Tour in category 1.1. The race is scheduled one day before the Tour du Jura and two days before the Tour du Doubs.

The riders will start from the city of Besançon before completing 171,3km until the finish line in the city of Montfaucon after climbing the côte de la Malate and its 17% of ascent.

During last year’s edition, Lenny Martinez came close to the win by finishing second after a grueling sprint at the top of the côte de la Malate.
