The race line-up
This year’s UCI Road World Championships 2022 are taking place in Australia, more particularly around the city of Wollongong, near Sydney.
It is the 89th edition of the competion and the 2nd time coming to Australia, 12 years after Melbourne in 2010.
On this year’s Individual Time Trial program, the start and arrival will take place in Wollongong on a 16.8km loop covered twice for a total of 34.2km..
Stefan Küng, two times ITT European Champion in 2020 and 2021 who finished 5th last year in Belgium will be keen to battle for victory.
