La Route d’Occitanie is a stage race on the UCI ProSeries calendar, held every year in June in the south of France. Created in 1977 under the name Route du Sud, it adopted its current name in 2018.
The race is known for its varied route, combining sprint stages, hilly terrain, and Pyrenean climbs, making it an excellent preparation for the Tour de France.
